The Fens

Located on the South River and the corner of the Theater District is The Fens. Originally a swamp, this area was drained and filled in years ago in an effort to expand the city and fight swamp-based diseases. Now they face a new disease - poverty. With plummeting rents came porn theaters, adult bookstores, dive bars, and all the crime associated with them. many citizens feel it would be best if The fens were leveled in a superfight so it can be rebuilt. The numerous vigilantes in the area would argue it’s still worth fighting for.
