Riverside
South of the Waterfront lies the tree-lined streets of Riverside. It’s Old World charm is host to many small parks and brick style buildings. Numerous shops, bookstores, clubs, and restaurants line the main thoroughfare Meadow Street cater to a more avante garde crowd. Many of it’s streets are closed off and only open to foot or rollerblade traffic - including the ones leading to the Sentry Statue. The low rents, and nearby amenities, attract the younger generation and many artists, but those costs are slowly rising with the times.
