Greenbank
Greenbank, located between the West End and the South River, is centered on the old Union Rail Yards and was once the city’s land-based artery to the rest of the world. It no longer serves much purpose and even high tech maglev trains haven’t been able to revive the district. Nowadays, criminals and organized crime control the tracks and nearby warehouses. The many abandoned buildings, trains, and roundabouts make perfect lairs for both villain and hero alike. For these reasons Foreshadow keeps a very close eye on what happens in Greenbank.
